Sam Barnett

Sam Barnett, CEO of VIBE Insurance Services, leverages over 25 years of industry experience to innovate in the life insurance and annuity sectors.

With a background that includes key roles at Global Atlantic and Lincoln Financial, Sam specializes in creating client-focused solutions and strategies for insurance and insure-tech firms.

His efforts have led companies to top market positions, notably driving Global Atlantic into the top 5 IUL providers and spearheading strategies that boosted annuity sales to over $10 billion in 2023. At Lincoln Financial, he played a pivotal role in maintaining top market shares for life insurance, underlining his expertise in sales, distribution, and strategic product development.

Bob Klein

Bob brings significant skills to this role, built on more than 25 years’ experience in sales and distribution leadership with stints in life brokerage, BD sales, linked benefits, group and voluntary benefits and IMO annuity sales. Before that, Bob had a 10-year home office career in underwriting and sales support, transitioning to sales in 1996 by opening a Mid-Atlantic brokerage office for CIGNA. 

Living in North Virginia with his wife, Suzanne, Bob enjoys working out, watching baseball and spoiling his three grandkids. 

Kristin Schorn

Kristin Schorn brings a diverse background in Financial Services and Healthcare IT, with a demonstrated history of building comprehensive organizational processes, supporting strategic initiatives, and facilitating team growth. With over six years of experience at Global Atlantic Financial Company, she supported various teams that were responsible for both internal and external strategic partnerships, helped coordinate national sales, and training meetings, and played a key role in employee engagement programs.

She holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from Immaculata University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude, and has honed her expertise in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Cisco, and Concur. Kristin’s professional journey is marked by her ability to foster C-Suite level business partnerships, manage administrative teams, and communicate effectively across organizational levels.

In her spare time, Kristin enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, yoga, and spending time with her French Bulldog, Calvin!

Becky Christie

With over 20 years of experience, Becky is a seasoned industry professional with a strong background in new business development, client services and sales process improvement. Becky was recently a Senior Internal Wholesaler at Lincoln Financial, where she partnered with cross functional teams to develop and build relationships with customers to drive sales.

Ben Muth

Forward-thinking, results-oriented Operations Specialist bringing 14 years of expertise in Customer Service, Annuities and Insurance for the financial advisor sector businesses. Critical thinker who cultivates rapport with teammates, clients and vendors to optimize project goals and output, resolve complex problems and deliver innovative improvement strategies. Proven track record in managing complex projects and leading teams to successful project completion. Skilled in data analysis, problem solving, process improvement, and project management. Enjoys playing golf and volleyball, watching the Chiefs, Royals and Jayhawks and spending time with his wife and many dogs.

Emilia Ciezadlo

Emilia is a dynamic marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of effectively collaborating within cross functional teams. Recently graduated from The University of Alabama with degrees in Public Relations and Psychology, she is committed to staying keen on industry trends. In this role, Emilia aims to drive measurable outcomes by strategically analyzing the industry landscape, increasing brand awareness and supporting widespread teams with best marketing practices.

Joe Brita

Joe has over 25 years of brokerage underwriting experience. He began his career with Ash Brokerage in 1998 and ended his tenure there as the Executive VP of New Business & Underwriting where he led the underwriting strategies and provided operational support for a staff of over 175 individuals. He effectively utilizes his relationships with a myriad of chief underwriters, medical staff & reinsurance organizations to provide elite advisors with an underwriting advocacy partnership. Joe and his wife Laura have 6 children: JJ, Alex, Mia, Chloe, Drew, and Kristina. They are actively involved in athletic youth development through faith, education and sports.

Joe graduated ‘with distinction’ from Purdue University in 1998 with a degree in business management and minored in international business and management information systems.

Natalie Shahmiri

Natalie is an award-winning marketing strategist with over 20 years of experience empowering businesses to thrive in competitive markets. Known for her hands-on, results-driven approach, she has a proven track record of helping companies unlock their potential and surpass revenue goals.

Natalie launched her career at prestigious global advertising agencies, where she led marketing initiatives for industry giants like Blackrock, Chase, and Discover. Armed with the expertise gained from working with Fortune 100 companies, she founded her own agency, Insura Marketing, to share the same high-level strategies with growth-minded businesses aiming to break the seven-figure mark.

As a specialist in transforming insurance agencies, Natalie combines innovative marketing tactics with deep industry knowledge to create sustainable growth. She excels at helping agency owners scale efficiently, leveraging cutting-edge insights, data-driven strategies, and a relentless focus on ROI. Natalie’s commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and delivering tangible results has earned her recognition as a trusted partner in driving success.
